Measure the footprint first
Start with the stand width and depth, venue restrictions and the direction visitors will approach. Include space for people, furniture and any demonstrations. A backdrop should fit the usable area, not just the dimensions written on an event booking.
Check access, transport and storage too. A display that looks impressive at the venue still needs to get there. The car boot is allowed a vote.
Roller banners for a focused message
A roller banner is a portable option for entrances, receptions, meetings and supporting messages at events. Discuss width, repeated use and the available floor space. Different models have different bases and graphic requirements, so confirm the exact model before preparing artwork.
Fabric walls and backdrops
A fabric backdrop can create a coordinated background for your exhibition area. Keep the main message visible above tables and counters, and think about how the layout will look when people stand in front of it. Confirm the selected frame, dimensions and graphic compatibility.
Counters and tables
A counter gives you a meeting point and a place for literature or demonstrations. Think about the surface area you need, the stand layout and how it will travel. A fitted table cover can carry the same identity onto a trestle table; a standing-height table serves a different purpose.
Lightboxes and replacement graphics
If you are considering a lightbox, check the selected dimensions, power requirements and venue arrangements before ordering. Replacement graphics must be compatible with the existing frame; send the model and dimensions rather than relying on a photograph of something similar.
Keep the message consistent
Use the same logo, palette and main message across the backdrop, counter and handouts. Design for how the products will be seen together. A leaflet can carry the detail while the larger display gives people a reason to stop.
Send the stand dimensions, event date, venue requirements and product list. We can discuss the combination and artwork preparation, then confirm the specification and quotation by email.
